What time is check in?

Check-in: 3 p.m.

When is check out?

Check-out: 12 p.m.

What is required at check in?

Please be prepared to show your driver’s license or passport, proof of eligibility for your rate (such as a membership card, corporate or government identification card).

A major credit card in the guest’s name is required to check-in.

What is the minimum age to be able to check-in?

21 years of age

What is the cancelation policy at the hotel?

Cancelations must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged; special dates or rates may require additional notice or be ineligible for cancelation. ***Due to COVID-19, cancelations are allowed up to 24 hours prior to arrival***
Early departure may incur a change to promotional rates or an early departure charge

No Show will result in a one-night room and tax fee

Do you allow pets?

We welcome dogs under 50 pounds. We do charge a $200, non-refundable pet deposit, that does not apply to service animals. Unfortunately, we do not accept any other type of pet including cats, birds and reptiles. We reserve the right to require removal of any pet that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior.

What are the parking options at the hotel?

Overnight valet parking at the hotel is $36 USD. Daytime valet parking is $20 USD

Does the hotel allow smoking?

The HALL Arts Hotel is a smoke-free property. A $500 fee will be charged to any guest in violation of this policy. Any guest violating this policy also risk being asked to permanently vacate the premises.
