What is required at check-in?
Please be prepared to show your driver’s license or passport, and proof of eligibility for your rate (such as a membership card, corporate or government identification card).
A major credit card in the guest’s name is required.
What is the minimum age to be able to check-in?
21 years of age.
What is the cancellation policy at the hotel?
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged; special dates or rates may require additional notice or be ineligible for cancellation.
Early departure may incur a change to promotional rates or an early departure charge.
No Show will result in a one-night room and tax fee.
Do you allow pets?
We proudly welcome dogs of all sizes.
We do charge a standard $50 non-refundable pet deposit, or a $100 total deposit for our Sit & Stay Pet Program. Pet deposits do not apply to service animals. Unfortunately, we do not accept any other type of pet including cats, birds and reptiles. We reserve the right to require the removal of any pet that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior.
What are the parking options at the hotel?
Overnight valet parking at the hotel is $45 USD. Daytime valet parking is $20 USD for 0-4 hours and $25 USD for 4-8 hours.
HALL Arts Hotel is a valet-only property.
WHAT IS THE DAILY MANDATORY DESTINATION CHARGE?
The Daily Mandatory Destination Charge will be added to the room rate and includes premium internet access, daily $10 food and beverage credit for use in all hotel outlets, premium coffee & fruit water in the lobby, a signature Hall Wine tasting reception 3pm-5pm, 1-hour bike rental, and use of house car service.
Does the hotel allow smoking?
HALL Arts Hotel is a smoke-free property. A $500 fee plus tax will be charged to any guest in violation of this policy. Any guest violating this policy also risks being asked to permanently vacate the premises.
